Anyone have tips for face skin care products?

I was just wondering if anyone knew or tried any face skin care products that worked really well for themselves and would like to give me some advice!
Skin care can include:
Face wash
moisterizer
foundation
anything in those general categories because everything ive tried just hasnt worked
please help!! thanks

Aveeno! everything in their skincare line works for be but my favs are the Positively Radiant cleanser and moisturizer. i think it has something to do with the soy extracts in it, but I would definitely recommend it!
