The 2009 Stimulus Package announced by the Federal President Barack Obama "has led to a refund of taxes and special grants for first-time buyers time home. The key is the correct knowledge about tax refunds and act at the right time.

Here are some tips that can help to claim your refund:

 · simply complete the online form in the FHA (Federal Housing Administration) and HUD (U.S. Federal Housing & Urban Development Department) Web site to request a refund for taxes

 • Those who bought the house from January 1, 2009 and December 1 2009, can claim the tax credit can be for $ 8,000.
