What’s for dinner? Healthy Chef is the solution! Imagine coming home and enjoying healthy, flavorful dinners without the hassles of meal planning, grocery shopping, cooking, waiting, or cleaning up. Our meal service provides gourmet, ready-to-eat entrees whether you follow a regular diet (enjoying all types of cuisines) or if you are on a special diet (see below for specifics). Chef June is committed to creating your meals with the highest quality ingredients and attention to detail to ensure your satisfaction.

How does it work? Contact us for a free consultation. Following completion of a food survey, Chef June will develop a menu that is perfect for you, or you can choose your favorites from Healthy Chef’s menu list. On the scheduled cooking day, Chef June will shop for groceries at the market of your choice, prepare the meals in your home, package and label the entrees to store in your refrigerator, and clean up. The menu, along with simple entrée heating tips will be provided for your reference. There’s nothing for you to do but enjoy the meals in the comfort of your home! You may schedule the meal service on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or as needed basis.

Regular Diet: For those who enjoy all types of cuisines, no restrictions.

Allergies/Ingredient restrictive: Wheat & Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Nut-free, Egg-free, Shellfish-free, Sugar-Free

Medical diets: Diabetes, Cancer, Hypertension, Hepatitis, Renal

Weight Loss: Weight Watchers, Low-Carb, South Beach, Zone

Heart-healthy: Low fat, Low cholesterol, Low sodium, High-Fiber

Women’s Health: Pre- and Post-pregnancy, Gestational Diabetes, Menopause

Vegetarian: Meat, fish, egg, and/or dairy free (any variation)
