What are the best recipes of French bread and profiteroles?

Let's have a party in the French class, and we have to do and bring French food. I Frech bread and profiteroles. I was wondering if anyone has recipes that are tested and approved. I thought half chocolate, half with the cream or something with profiteroles. Besides, I think the eggs were filled Frech, and even if there is anything I can add more egg ranch, mustard, pepper and salt. Thanks in advance.

Cream Puff dough 1 cup flour 1 cup water 1 stick unsalted butter, cut into chunks 1 tablespoon of tea. 2 v. teaspoon salt. Sugar 4 large eggs Place the water in a saucepan over low heat. With the blender in, add one egg at a time and incorporate it into the dough. Mixed Council should look a little thick and shiny and smooth. Ways to flash pipes, scones with cream or 1 1 / 2 inch.
