How to make Fudgy Brownies Recipe Chocolate fudge frosting with nuts
We diabetics have a tooth "soft" long time like everyone else. And fortunately, with modern medicine and advances in food availability, we can enjoy once in a while. If you or a close is diabetic, try these delicious Fudgy Chocolate Brownies with nuts. Are diabetic and have a good option for friends or members of the diabetes family on occasion. If you are serious problems with diabetes, I suggest you give up 1 / 2 cup sugar and add another 1 / 2 cup Splenda. Only you know the severity of their problems and how to judge what is best for you.
Fudgy CHOCOLATE CHOCOLATE WALNUT
1 cup + 2 v. unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated Splenda
1 / 2 cup granulated sugar
4 large eggs
2 v. vanilla extract to tea
1 1 / 3 cup cocoa powder
1 cup all purpose flour
3 / 4 cup baking powder tea
Salt 1 / 2 teaspoon
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup of "sugar" caster sugar *
2 v. for tablespoons lowfat milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. From a line 13 x 9 inch baking paper, spray the paper with nonstick cooking spray.
1 cup cream butter and granulated sugar and Splenda in a bowl using a large electric mixer at medium speed. cream until frothy. Whisk the eggs, one by one, then beat in vanilla extract until all is well blended.
In another bowl, sift together 1 cup cocoa powder, flour, baking powder and salt. Add the dry mixture to egg mixture and beat until smooth. Add nuts.
Spread dough in pan and place in preheated oven. Bake at 350 degrees East rotary kiln 25 to 30 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Not much. Remove the pan on a rack to cool slightly.
To make icing, beat the sugar "free" powdered sugar, milk, remaining butter and cocoa powder with an electric mixer until smooth. Spread over the brownies and cut into squares Once the glaze is fixed.
Yield: 32 brownies
Note: The use of omega-3 eggs, if you have more nutritional value
* To make "no sugar" sugar: the use of a ratio of 3 / 4 cup granulated Splenda 2 v. tablespoon cornstarch, place it in a blender container and blend until mixture is a fine powder. Use as you would sugar powder or ice. Can be stored in an airtight container or sealed bag.
