The traditional medicinal milk mother organic tea really put more milk?
Recently, I emphasized that my milk has decreased slightly and I feed my daughter 1 month to 5 months until it starts its strong December. I work on not having too much stress, but can anyone explain the personal experience with this tea? Like, this product does not increase the milk? Please explain.
You do not have to drink about 10 cups of this tea a day until notice a difference. It is preferable not to have that fenugreek capsules (tea contains fenugreek). If you like the taste of tea (many mothers do not), no damage drinking water. Many women also believe that after something hot to drink before you nurse or pump contributes to low milk faster. Moreover, remember that solid foods at 6 months should be an addition to the diet of milk and should never substitute for breastfeeding. At 6 months, solids are for have fun and learn to swallow and get used to the texture.
