Does anyone know about the tea Zarafina?

What I have and works well, except for some white teas bitter ago. Does anyone know what temperature settings are different types of tea? I got the "white tea" But I guess it must be too hot or dip for too long. He bathed for 5-8 minutes. It is a great product but I wish you could choose the temperature and time.
